Our chefs are passionate about serving the freshest, tastiest food and dedicated to using British suppliers to keep British produce on our ever changing seasonal menus. We have to ensure that we only receive the best quality foods available, which means sometimes we have to look further afield due to our unpredictable weather conditions! With an emphasis on using fresh local ingredients, many of our hotels* offer an a la carte restaurant menu or more casual dining, with freshly prepared seasonal specials.
