For corporate and conference facilities, the hotel provides conference/ banqueting suites accommodating from 2 to 400 delegates. All meeting rooms have been fully refurbished and include full air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, LCD projector, screen, flip chart and pens, mineral water, cordials, sweets, stationery box, delegate paper and pens. Our professional approach and dedicated Meeting and Events team are on hand throughout the day to assist with your business needs.

Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event.
Our dedicated conference team will meet you on arrival to run through all your conference details and will be available all day long to ensure your meeting is a success. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.
The Best Western Rockingham Forest Hotel itself is situated next to Rockingham Castle with easy access to the A14, A1, M1 and M6.
ONE restaurant and bar are open for lunch and dinner for all your meal requirements. If however, you require your lunch to be served in your room, we have a number of menus to accommodate this. Other refreshments will be served in our Conference Lounge.

Meetings 'Buy the Hour'
The perfect solution for short business get-togethers is available in our Shire, Manor and Deene Suites for up to 10 delegates:
£35.00 inc VAT per hour, including tea and coffee. The hourly price is available for the first four hours of room hire only, thereafter full day rates apply
Delegate prices apply for groups of 10 or more delegates:
Day delegate rates - standard package from £25.00 per person
24 hour rates - from £105.00 per person
