Below are some examples of menus available with our Wedding Breakfast Menu Packages:

SUMMER WEDDING MENU
This menu is included in the NEW  summer package only. We ask that you choose one starter, one main and one dessert from the choice of menus. Special dietary requirements can be catered for separately.

Starter
      Cream of vegetable soup
      Honeydew melon with a selection of fruits
      Smooth chicken liver pate with melba toast

Main course
     Supreme of chicken wrapped in bacon, with a mustard grain sauce
      Herb crumbed salmon fillet with a white wine sauce
      Red onion & goats cheese tart with red pepper dressing

Dessert menu
     Profiteroles with vanilla cream and dark chocolate sauce
     Citrus tart with a berry coulis
     Fruits of the forest cheesecake

Followed by freshly filtered coffee with chocolate mints

PEARL and SAPPHIRE MENUS
One menu option for each guest can be selected from the choices shown below, (all guests eat the same), or you may select two options for each course (£5 supplement will apply).
Special dietary requirements can be catered for separately.

PEARL MENU
£42.00 per person
Roast tomato, leek and potato or vegetable soup
Sliced seasonal melon and fresh fruits, with mango and passion fruit coulis
Smooth chicken liver pate, port wine dressing and melba toast

Pan fried chicken breast, button mushrooms, tarragon and red wine sauce
Roast turkey, sage & onion stuffing, sausage and bacon roll and cranberry sauce
Baked salmon fillet, parsley and lemon crust and a Champagne sauce

Chocolate and orange profiteroles with whipped cream
Refreshing lemon tart, fresh mint and raspberry coulis
Forest fruit cheesecake and red berry compote

Freshly filtered coffee and chocolate mints
 

SAPPHIRE MENU
£47.00 per person
There's a choice of all starter options available from the Pearl Menu plus:
French onion soup topped with cheese croutons
Pressed Mediterranean vegetable terrine, pesto dressing leaves and parmesan

Roast leg of lamb, redcurrant and mint sauce
Loin of pork, honey glazed apples, crackling and a cider scented gravy
Supreme of chicken, bacon and mustard grain sauce

Classic apple pie with vanilla bean sauce
Brandy snap basket, ice cream and fresh fruit
Meringue nest, strawberries, cream and passion fruit sauce
