Ideally located for your meeting or event, this King's Lynn Hotel has purpose designed meeting rooms, with a dedicated meetings and events team, from taking your enquiry to setting up your conference on the day, the hotel will make your meeting or training as easy as possible for you.
The hotel has extensive lawns that can be used in conjuction with the meeting rooms for breakout areas or for our our marquee hire. The marquee provides an individual space, located in the extensive grounds of the hotel, whether you are considering a product launch, larger meeting or a team building event. The marquee has its own cloakroom facilities and also a private lawned area.
We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event down to the very last detail.
Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event.
Our dedicated conference team will meet you on arrival to run through all your conference details and will be available all day long to ensure your meeting is a success. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.

Minimum numbers of 15 apply for day delegate and 24hr delegate rates. Should your booking be for numbers less than this, Room Hire rates are available from the prices shown below:
