A flexible venue for meetings and events, The Ramada Bury St Edmunds offers you five purpose designed meeting and function rooms suitable for interviews, training, conferences, seminars, exhibitions and private dining - all available with Free WiFi.
Our meeting rooms have natural daylight and provide an excellent venue for your meeting or conference with a range of equipment and a dedicated team to help you on the day. The Suffolk Room can hold up to 50 delegates and there are three syndicate rooms for up to 20 delegates. Bedroom lounges are available for additional syndicate rooms and can be hired for informal interviews.
We can also organise both formal and informal private lunches or dinners and finger buffets with a range of prices to meet your budget.
For dining, the restaurant and bar are open for lunch and dinner for all your meal requirements and refreshments can be served in the Conference Room.
We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event down to the very last detail.
Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event.
Our dedicated conference team will meet you on arrival to run through all your conference details and will be available all day long to ensure your meeting is a success. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.
