As there are so many costs to take into consideration when planning your wedding here at the Ramada Colchester we have a choice of packages to offer you. Our chefs have designed the following menus to offer you a varied choice of dishes, however, if there is something in particular that you require, our staff will be more than happy to discuss this with you.
For your convenience, please choose one starter, main course and dessert for all your guests (except for special dietary requirements).
All main courses are served with a selection of potatoes and fresh vegetables. Coffee and mints will accompany the dessert.
Wedding Reception Menus
Dedham Menu A - £24.50 per person
- Duo of Fanned Melon, with berry compote & passion fruit sorbet
- Roast Rib of Beef, with Yorkshire pudding roast potatoes draped in rich red wine gravy, market vegetables
- Rich Chocolate Delice, with Chantilly cream & raspberry coulis
Flatford Menu B - £22.50 per person
- Smoked Salmon & Prawns, served with Chilli Cucumber Salsa
- Roast Chicken Supreme, stuffed with mozzarella, wrapped in streaky bacon, served on herb mashed potato and woodland mushroom sauce, with market vegetables
- Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with butterscotch sauce
Constable Menu C - £20.50 per person
- Tomato and Basil Soup, with garlic croutons and basil oil
- Baked Salmon Fillet topped with mature cheddar and herb crust, served on white wine an pernod cream sauce, asparagus and new potatoes, and market vegetables
- Crème Brulee with shortbread biscuit
