A flexible venue for meetings and events, The Yorkshire Hotel offers you a total of five function rooms suitable for interviews, training, conferences, exhibitions and private dining - all available with Free WiFi.
Rooftops on the 5th floor commands a wonderful position with views over Harrogate and the surrounding Yorkshire Dales. It is self-contained with its own private facilities, bar/lounge and meeting/function room. Rooftops is an impressive venue for up to 120 delegates for a theatre style conference, 100 guests for a private dinner, or 150 for an evening reception. Rooftops can also provide an impressive setting for a smaller boardroom meeting for 20 and over, and is also an ideal venue for training, offering lots of natural daylight and stunning views over Harrogate. Supplements are not charged for smaller numbers and there is a lot of space in this area, with the benefit of being able to use the bar/lounge area for refreshments or as a breakout area. Rooftops offers plenty of natural daylight.
The Boardroom, overlooking the gardens at the front of the hotel, is ideal for board meetings of up to 15 delegates. This is a light, airy room on the 1st floor of the hotel and is situated close to The Carter and Business Lounge, which are smaller meeting rooms.
For smaller celebration events, we can offer you the Carnaervon Suite. An oak panelled room on the 1st floor with a relaxed and welcoming feel. The room is suited to numbers of 12 - 21 in either boardroom, U shape or cabaret style and it also lends itself to private dining for up to 40 guests on round tables, or, up to 25 on an oval table.
We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event down to the very last detail.
Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event.
Our dedicated conference team will meet you on arrival to run through all your conference details and will be available all day long to ensure your meeting is a success. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.
