The award winning Bùlas Bar & Bistro at The Ballachulish Hotel has gained recognition for being one of the best and most innovative restaurants in the Glencoe and Fort William area. All dishes are made from the freshest ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible and our menus change daily.
Signature dishes are served in our signature bùlas, based on a traditional Highland pot. It’s a unique eating experience - as the lid comes off the bùlas and you are consumed by enticing and delicious aromas! Live background entertainment is provided on many weekends in Bùlas. Just like we believe in real food we believe in real music too!
Unwind over a glass or two from our fine selection of wines, beers and excellent single malt whiskies. Food is also served daily in the Bar and live entertainment is provided on selected nights in the Bùlas Bar or in our Lounge.
The wood-panlled Lounge offers spectacular views of the Lochs and mountains and the Old Libray lends itself to quiet relaxation and also available for private dining.

Children sharing a room with adults will be charged at children’s rates. Children in a room on their own will be charged at adult rates.
Freedom to dine
We are pleased to offer the opportunity for you to dine at our sister hotels, The Isles of Glencoe Hotel & Leisure Centre and The Oban Caledonian Hotel. Please book your table as early as possible after arrival at the hotel to avoid disappointment as all the restaurants can be extremely busy and tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
