The Feasting Hall at The Ballachulish Hotel is a secluded section of the Restaurant and offers you plenty of natural daylight. With a wooden floor and timber beams, this room is an ideal setting for a private dinner or celebration event up to 70 guests. The Ferryman is a bright room decorating in light, neutral colours amd can be set up to accommodate private meetings, training sessions or breakout sessions. The traditional Old Library offers you a very stylish venue for small groups and is flexible enough to accommodate meetings, breakouts, private diners, parties, family occasions or small, weddings. The Lounge is a comfortable setting to catch up with a coffee or a drink and can be used for informal meetings and breakout areas.
We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event down to the very last detail.
Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event. When you arrive at the hotel, your dedicated member of staff - available all day long - will meet you to run through all the details. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.
