A flexible venue for meetings and events, with an impressive purpose built business centre, The Ramada Cromwell Stevenage offers you a total of six function rooms suitable for interviews, training, conferences, exhibitions and private dining - all available with Free WiFi.
The Ramada Cromwell Stevenage Hotel boasts a purpose built business centre with 6 meeting rooms including the Cromwell Suite. All are air-conditioned and flexible to your particular needs.
The Cromwell Suite can seat up to 200 delegates in a theatre style and is ideal for large training events and seminars. Our 1667 boardroom can accommodate up to 15 delegates for smaller events. The Astra and Millennium Rooms offer capacities of up to 30 and 45 respectively and both have ceiling-mounted LCD/videoprojectors.
The hotel holds a civil ceremony wedding licence and is a pleasant location for weddings, celebrations and private parties. Our Cromwell Suite is able to accommodate up to 185 guests and is perfect for that special occasion be it a dinner, wedding or family party.
Olivers' Restaurant offers a delicious range of dishes and and the hotel's bar is open for your more informal meal requirements. The bar offers the ideal environment to relax with friends and colleagues and enjoy a drink at the end of a hectic day, in intimate and comfortable surroundings
We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event down to the very last detail.
Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event.
Our dedicated conference team will meet you on arrival to run through all your conference details and will be available all day long to ensure your meeting is a success. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.
