2012 and 2013 Inclusive Wedding Package Prices
All our packages are based on a minium number of 40 adults attending and include the following with additional extras which are tailored to each of the inclusive wedding packages shown further below:
- Ceremony and function room hire
- Drinks package tailored for each inclusive package
- Crisp white table linen for dining tables
- 3 course wedding breakfast menu
- Bud vases with a flower stem for the dining tables
- Evening finger buffet served to suit the evening schedule
- Evening Disco entertainment
- Complimentary feature bedroom for the wedding couple on the wedding night including full English Breakfast the following morning
- Additional wedding evening extras are tailored for each inclusive package
Each of our wedding packages are priced as below with the following additional items and full menus for each package are available from the hotel wedding planner. Our function suite has space for a maximum of 80 guests during the day and up to 120 evening guests.
The Beech Package
2012 price: £2,200.00
additional adult day price of £55.00 per person and evening guests charge of £8.75 per person
Children aged 3 - 15 years are charged at £15.85 (child portion)
2013 price: £2,650.00
additional adult day price of £58.00 per person and evening guests charge of £9.25 per person
Children aged 3 - 15 years are charged at £17.50 (child portion)
Additional extras include:
~ A glass of fruit punch served to your guests on arrival following the ceremony
~ A glass of house wine served with the meal
~ A glass of sparking wine for speeches and toasts
~ Bud vase with a flower stem for the dining tables
The Sycamore Package
2012 price: £2,680.00
additional adult day price of £67.00 per person and evening guests charge of £8.75 per person
Children aged 3 - 15 years are charged at £17.00 (child portion)
2013 price: £,3,150.00
additional adult day price of £78.75 per person and evening guests charge of £10.95 per person
Children aged 3 - 15 years are charged at £18.75 (child portion)
Additional extras include:
~ A glass of Bucks Fizz served to your guests on arrival following the ceremony
~ 2 glasses of house wine served with the meal
~ A glass of sparkling wine for speeches and toasts
~ 3 course wedding breakfast with the option of 2 choices per course
~ Bud vases with with a flower stem for the dining tables
~ In addition to your overnight stay in a feature bedroom on the wedding night we will include a second complimentary overnight stay on either the day before or the night after your wedding day, inclusive of full English breakfast on each morning
The Redwood Package
2012 price: £3,960.00
additional adult day price of £99.00 and evening guests charge of £11.25 per person
Children aged 3 - 15 years are charged at £18.00 (child portion)
2013 price: £4,375.00
additional adult day price of £109.25 and evening guests charge of £13.25 per person
Children aged 3 - 15 years are charged at £19.95 (child portion)
Additional extras include:
~ Kir Royale & Canapes served to your guests on arrival following the ceremony
~ 2 glasses of house wine served with the meal
~ a glass of Champagne for speeches / toasts
~ 3 course wedding breakfast menu with the option of 3 choices per course
~ In addition to your overnight stay in a feature bedroom we will include a bottle of bubbly, flowers and chocolates with our compliments and a second complimentary stay on either the day before or the night after your wedding day
