3) Recovery equipment

For chest and triceps, we have pushups, dumbbell flyes, dumbbell skull-crushers, and alternate dumbbell press.

For shoulders and traps, there is a seated overhead dumbbell press, two-arm dumbbell upright rows, side lateral raise, dumbbell shrugs.

There are also workouts for women.

It could be for shape, flat tummy, butts, and what have you.

Some of these include the split squat, cross crunch, narrow squat, scaption raise, single leg run, dolphin plank, dip and leg lift, push up and run, Y-T-I raises, side plank crunch, kneeling swim, plie pulse extensions.
